Warranty Any jewelry having defects in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, without charge, with the exception of damage resulting from accidents or improper use. Irreparably damaged or lost jewelry will be replaced (without a minimum order charge) at the regular price effective when the claim is received, plus 10.00 for handling. Standard shipping is 3-5 day ground starting at 11.00 for any one item ordered (within the United States). For all international orders extra shipping and/or custom fees may apply.
