If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Warranty
Any jewelry having defects in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, without charge, with the exception of damage resulting from accidents or improper use. Irreparably damaged or lost jewelry will be replaced (without a minimum order charge) at the regular price effective when the claim is received, plus 10.00 for handling. Replacement items will be under full warranty.

Shipping/Delivery Information
Shipments are made via the most accomodating common carrier, usually UPS or the US Postal Service. If you express a preference at the time of ordering, we will try to honor your request. All products are shipped in a beautiful presentation box. Shipments are F.O.B. at the time of ordering. Standard shipping is 3-5 day ground starting at 11.00 for any one item ordered (within the United States).
Orders will be shipped in a prompt and timely manner. Orders are shipped USPO Priority or D.H.L. Ground. Products can only be shipped Next Day Air If we have it in stock, please call before choosing Next Day Air/Overnight shipping. Unless otherwise requested, we will hold shipment until the entire order is complete.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
